The City of Southaven Utility Department was formed with the incorporation of the City in 1980. The Utility Department works 24 hours a day, seven days a week to deliver the highest quality services to our customers.


As a municipally owned utility company in one of the fastest growing areas in the State of Mississippi, we provide healthy drinking water, wastewater collection, and treatment for a constantly expanding service delivery area of residents, businesses, and industries.
