Taking Care of Your Calls
All calls for police, fire, or ambulance service in the City of Southaven go through our Emergency Communications Division. The Emergency Communications Division consists of the following:
  • Communications Administrator                      
  • 6 shift Supervisors
  • 24 full-time dispatchers   
The Division boasts an enhanced 9-1-1 system and an 800 MHz trunking radio system that allows for constant communications with all emergency services.
