No, everyone may participate but some sports have restrictions for postseason all-star eligibility and play.

What recreational sports do you offer for children?
Spring Sports Sign-up in January:
Baseball
Softball
Spring Soccer
Fall Sports Sign-up in July:
Football
Cheerleading
Fall Soccer
Indoor Soccer Sign-up in October

How old does my child have to be to play recreational sports?
To play baseball or softball, participants must be 3 years old by January 1, 2010.
To play soccer, participants must be 4 years old by August 1, 2009.
To play football or cheer, participants must be 5 years old by August 1, 2010.
